Hello! I’m Moran Ovadia, and I’m a chocolate artist and a chocolatier, which means I don't just “make chocolates”; I use them as the rich, velvety medium for my art.

Early on, I fell in love with chocolate, and now I use it to exhibit the enthusiasm, playfulness, individuality, and aesthetics that infuse my creation process.

Ten years ago, I turned my whimsical, playful zeal for creating artistic edibles into a business: Quaint. Since then, I have celebrated several memorable, magical milestones:

​

• In 2016 and 2017, I won first place in the Innovative/Noteworthy category at the “Big Chocolate Show NYC.” 

• In 2019, I was one of only 10 people chosen to create a chocolate outfit for the largest chocolate exhibition in the world—Salon Du Chocolate—in Paris.

• In 2021, I was honored to work with Disney and create Cruella DeVil’s tailor-made chocolate dresses for the press.

My sense of whimsy, combined with my key values—ethics, integrity, reliability, trust, and professionalism—light the torch that illuminates my work and warms the connections I build with my clients.

A piece of my soul goes into every product I make, lending each one warmth, soulfulness, tenderness, a hint of funkiness, and a wink of vintage appeal.
